Chiropractor. AI Educator. Occasional Web Builder.

Tip: the background changes on every reload — light and dark modes each have their own collection. This is what happens when a chiropractor learns to code with AI. You've been warned.
What I Actually Do
By day I'm a chiropractor at Koontz Specific Chiropractic in Athens, Greece, where I specialize in upper cervical care. The rest of the time I run N8 Solutions, where I handle web hosting, web design, SEO, and increasingly, AI.
On the AI side: I run hands-on workshops that help people and teams actually understand and use AI tools instead of just being vaguely intimidated by them. I also developed the CRISTEN prompting framework to make that process more structured and repeatable. One foot in healthcare, one in tech. It's crowded but surprisingly comfortable.
If you're here from LinkedIn — welcome. This is the "about me" page done my way.

Clearly, You're Curious
If you've scrolled this far, you're either genuinely interested or professionally thorough — both are fine qualities. Fair warning: this section is less portfolio, more personal footnotes. No newsletter. No shop. No regrets. Well, maybe a few.
A Landmark in Pointlessness
This corner of the internet has exactly one job: hold an email address and occasionally surprise a curious visitor. It does that job with surprising commitment. You've found the footnotes. Welcome.
You're Not Special (But We Count Anyway)
You're visitor #1917! Please hold your applause. If you've been here before — c'mon. Nobody bookmarks this place. Let's both pretend it's your first time.
Our Robot Overlords Have Arrived
We've counted 900 good bot visits so far. Most were polite. Some tried to sell crypto. One emotionally identified as Clippy. We let that one stay.
(For the record: We count everyone — humans, good bots, unknown bots, and even the troublemakers. Bad bots don't get to do much here except pad this counter and take a one-way trip to /forbidden.html.)
- Humans: 1917
- Good Bots: 900
- Unknown Bots: 197
- Bad Bots: 201
Yes, This Site Was Built With AI
This entire site was designed and built collaboratively using AI tools — specifically OpenAI's ChatGPT, Google's Gemini, and Anthropic's Claude — guided and directed by me throughout. Not generated once and deployed. Iteratively built, argued with, corrected, and improved over time.
It started as an experiment in what AI-assisted web development actually looks like in practice. It has a custom PHP backend, bot detection, visitor tracking, theme-aware background video, mobile recovery handling for iOS tab suspension, a canary pixel for scraper logging, and a prompt injection trap dressed up as a terminal. None of that happened by accident, and none of it happened without knowing what to ask for.
This is what I teach in my AI workshops: AI is a tool, not a replacement for knowing what you're doing. You still have to be the one in charge.
Pet Unicorn Status: Nonexistent
I don't have a pet unicorn named Bob. Or a regular one named Phil. What I do have are three dogs, none of whom are unicorns, all of whom are deeply committed to being underfoot at the worst possible moments. It's a unicorn-less but otherwise chaotic existence. Please be respectful during this difficult time.
P.S. — Prepare to be enchanted!
